And what the f*ck with the advance payment for the maintenance fee?! That's in 2 years time!

I think we should not pay them first until we sort out all these issue. If we are united then we can have a say else MS will just goreng us

i'm not sure whether you can skip the 6 months advance. but, as long as you sign the DMC, you can't runaway cos you agreed to the terms during purchasing. legally, you have to pay as well. but 1 thing, u can try to get official receipt on your payment as a proof for future reference. smile.gif

will get the official receipt after they receive the payment. the company who runs the management/maintenance called Metika Kenangan Sdn Bhd, still a subsidiary of TMS rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

As for mine, the late payment charge from construction stage 2a to 2h, cost me RM6400. My financer is HLB. Will call Li Ping today to understand and sort out this issue.

just call Mei, just told to send her an email with simple write of waive for late payment charge, without any reason is ok.

they will review that, maybe not waive all, we might to pay few hundred if the late caused by purchaser/bank, not the loan doc stamping issue

hasil tanah and cukai pintu already paid by MS, so we just pay to MS is ok.

and she told not rush to pay, after the clarify the late payment charge amount then only we pay once. but gotta issue 2 diff cheque, as maintenance/management fee is pay to Mestika Kenangan Sdn Bhd.

I called Li Ping just now as well. What she told me is consistent to what you mentioned. Like what you said, high chances to get waiver but maybe not 100%. I wonder if we can claim from the bank for the delay caused by them.

i dont think bank will agree on tat and this might lead to some delays..

i hope MS give us the key 1st after we paid the misc charges (pending the interest)
