hello there,

any update on the S&P & signning on the new layout?

for your info, the status of the house now almost 70% to 80% completion

ya... i opt for the ugrade... didnt agree with it.. so didnt sign..

he didnt call me neither

i got to know that Mr. Ng will be at 2 1/2 Mahajaya sample house every Sunday

u try to call the lawyer firm and look for his assistant (Ms. Choo)

tell her that u wan to make appointment with Mr. Ng

Secondly, we have to pay the RM100 (guard) + RM50 (clubhouse) upon getting the key but the old S&P said that its free.
I think this is applied to 2 1/2 storey as well.

From what I know, alot upgrade owner do not agree to sign it

ya.. agreed with you...

our situation is 1st in M'sia, so the lawyer also dunno what to do sometimes biggrin.gif

but I know he is doing his very best communicate with MS & fight for us

i remember asking him at least to update us..

but he said he know we all didnt satisfied with the changes so no point calling us

i went there few weeks back. the lawyer knows that we(opt for upgrade) will not agree with the new arrangement.
so he just explain to me what are the changes & ask us to take back & consider.
he said he will "update" us wor.

the lawyer had given me the new floor layout, everything is the same except the corridor and some changes to lighting point, a/c point, etc

remember to inform & remind them that our bank will withdraw the loan if it continued to delay

i got 1 silly question but u no need to ask : can MS remove & relocate the Surau & Dewan to somewhere near Clubhouse? tongue.gif

He will bring it up to MS. I have also spoken to Samantha (sales girl from MS) about this as well and she was surprised why we didn't have that so she said she'll bring it up to MS. Hopefully will get good news.

there are about 20 owners who choose not to sign the SPA.

MS came out with a "warning letter" and ask them to sign before 17th June in order to avoid the ownership being taken back.

they should ask for at least 50% progressing billing..

most of the double storey houses are with roof now smile.gif

i didnt get any news regarding the loan agreement wor..

should we check with our bank regarding the billing?

Added on July 7, 2011, 4:09 pmjust call to the banker, she said if i wish to finance in the upgrade plan amount into loan, then i need to resubmit the income docs as per previous loan application. the process need to re-do again, and previous Letter of Offer will be cancelled accordingly once we superseded the case.

is not like you just sign a sub LO then finish.

anyone have any idea when the bank will release the progressive payment to MS?

i called the bank and they said they have to wait for our lawyer instruction 1st

worried that MS will charged us late interest payment

there are few end-lot available for 2 storey (RM888k) & 2 1/2 storey available (RM988k)

i think MS just "converted" it recenlty from bumi lot

i got mine few months back and stated mid May'12 wor..

initially we should get it in April as per MHJ
