Any of you manage to contact Mr.Lawyar from Swan to find out the late payment interest?

It's difficult for us to swallow if there is no waiver from MS. It's not our fault ! doh.gif

Beside waiting the lawyer, we can prepare some evident, eg. bank statement of loan drawdown date.

Will prove that bank issue the amount on time, so no way MS is charging us.

if late payment charge before the loan doc stamping, can ask for waive off because not our fault.

Just called Mah Sing and was informed that some owners get 100% waiver but some did not. And the reason why they did not is because of the delay from the law firm (that's according to the person I spoke to). I was wondering if we can claim back from the law firm (if yes, how?)
Also I will only know the outcome of my appeal this Thursday

Me too. Apparently the interest not waived are those incurred in Nov 2011. I need to pay 600++ late interest. Try to get in touch with Swan & Partner but couldn't get on hold with them. Anyone has any their active contact number?

I've called the lawyer and informed him to look into my case. Will check again with him tomorrow or Tuesday.

Added on May 30, 2012, 11:43 amJust contacted the person in charge from the law firm and he informed me that the law firm will not pay for all these 'so-called late payment' and we (the owner) has to bear it ourselves.
Pisses me off to the max $%&#$^%&!!!
