yes, we got foc for legal fee on both S&P and loan agreement, disbursements are excluded.

last year i already paid the disbursement for the S&P, RM750.  

now the load agreement disbursement, largest amount is "stamp duty on facilities agreement" cost me RM2.2k, add up other misc, total 4.2k

Every project is using indonesian, the responsibility shall fall on the developers to consistently requesting better finishing from their sub-con. The odd to be issue during construction, then the developer should be paying more attention to ensure those issues are rectified and if not, then dont sign off.....

By the way, try not to supervise the progress of your own unit, give them chance to finish the work...i can understand the eagerness and frustration, but sometimes, it will just frustrate the contractor. IT is the developer responsibility to ensure the house quality is maintained. In addition, sometimes, it might look damn ugly, but, after they finish and clean it up, it should look much better.

Of course, it is always good to give pressure to developer otherwise, they will try to commit known crime.......

But, to me, that's not hairline crack. Hairline crack happens due to bad plastering workmanship and the material used, and sometime due to shrinkage. This is no biggy, just hack off can patch up will solve the problem.

I guess, this crack is caused by the movement on the wall itself. The unit next to mine got the same crack almost at the same area.
