Then what the lawyer said?

For 2 1/2 storey, it should be follow the revised plan, of course the DMC is sided to the developer.

Ya, supposedly it should come with 2 years free Security fee.

For 2 storey, you mean they will put back the balcony? Or corridor? So what is the latest built up size?

Totally agree with you, if not much changes from MH design, why should you pay 28K to them?

The lawyer is the biggest failure for this deal!

IINM the design without balcony was rejected by local council, that's why the came out with this design.

You will only know the finalized design when you sign your S&P. Get Mr. Lawyar. sweat.gif

Thanks for the great photos. Have you decided to go with 2.5S or 3S after seeing the different in material quality?

From the unfinished build, what is your opinion on the workmanship?

Last update got from Swan (few weeks ago) was pending MS Director signoff for a docs.

I remember MH show unit at least came with stainless steel handrail.

Wonder how to voice this out in order for MS to offer us another complimentary upgrade. hmm.gif

Normally copper pipe is not included. Standard A/C installation should include at least 10 feet copper pipe.

500 x 500mm same as 1.5 x 1.5 ft? I thought it will be 1 x 1.

Sorry, don't quite get you. How is it going to benefit us if the staircase is remove?

Now the eyesore is the staircase railing + balcony railing.

MS, do something about this !

Anyway, just received the 45% progress billing today. I think my unit is the slowest among all the 2.5 storey.

link-houses got 2 gates like u said, 1 located on the current 2.5sty show unit there, another gate located on Jalan 4/7 where 2.5sty and sty meet each other.

i think gate on 4/7 will be the main gate for link-houses.

With 2 entrance, it will be good if they implement single flow system ie. 1 in & 1 out as the road for 2 & 2.5 storey is not wide enough to cater for 2 cars simultaneously.

Currently DU3 already implemented the manual bomb gate system. This may affect the access to the entrance near the JALAN DU 4/7.

Anyone sneak in to the site this weekend? Can share some photo here notworthy.gif

It's still do-able as nowadays technology should be able to cater for this kind of scenario.

Let say the security guard scan the visitor ID and pass a visitor tag to visitor, when the visitor need to leave, they just return the visitor tag to the guard at the exit.

Hehe... Just some weekend senseless idea.
