Yokohama?

But is it quiet like CC5?

And how much could I trade in the stock tyres? 2K mileage.  blush.gif

Just changed 4 pairs of 215/45/17 Goodyear Eagle F1 ASY2 on my civic FD2. RM440 each. Very satsified with the tyre grip, wet and dry plus now my ride appear more silent than before. i would say better than my michelin precada that came in with the car previously.

Any of you have any idea how new tyre depreciates in value over time?

I was quoted RM295 for 205/60r16 CC5 year 2010.

I went to the other shop and paid RM320 for year 2012.

wheel bearing problem usually associated with whining sound regardless of the traveling speed. but it will be more obvious at 30km/h and above.
check the tires' tread for uneven wear.
make sure the wheel balancing done and nuts are locked properly.

btw, quite a number of the tires' shop that i've had come across with electronic alignment actually doesn't do the job properly. they simply hook it up for the lulz, pretending they're doing something and bingo! even when the monitor is still showing 0.25 left and 0.65 right!
this is especially when they're busy with lots of car waiting.

not sure about shah alam but for kl area, you can refer to nestum. he replied to your
question as well.
as for myself, there is this manual alignment in balakong (opposite jusco cheras selatan) which
do a fantastic job.

xm2 is one of the value for money tires around. depending on your driving style.
it does fit into quiet and comfort category.

I just changed My Both Front Tires to Bridgestone Turanza GR90 , and then swap the old front tires to the rear which is Michelin XM1.

Today, I turn the corner around 30KM/H - 50KM/H on wet concrete surface , and the whole car slip.

Is it also happens with the High Performance Tire too ? Or I need to change the new tire to the rear ?

experts recommend that new tires should always go on the back.
however, 30 - 50 km on a wet CONCRETE surface. sorry bro, did you mean asphalt concrete or cement/concrete floor (as found in shopping mall carparks)?
