which tire is better in terms of comfort?

for normal driving, falken 522 fits your budget. at least its wet grip is still better than those of silverstone synergy m3 and indonesian made forceum  or whatever is it.

Why not continue to use PS3 for your City? That are good tyres. Toyo's price isn't cheap and Falken..quality and performance have no match with PS3.

I heard people commented this with high speed drive during rainy days....   You are among those i have heard from. I would say your comment is real there are others driving like you while rainy days.

semi slick / slicks does not offer good traction in wet. they are meant mostly for track use / street racing.
on optimum temperature and dry surface, this tires is glued to the road thus provide excellent traction / grip.

drawback: besides poor traction in wet, slicks wear out a lot faster than conventional tires.
conclusion : not practical for daily ride but okay for weekend car / track car / show car!

But I beg to differ on the availability of AD08R. I have a friend who waited 4 months for his 255/40/18 which I saw it was fitted on his car recently. We sum it up that AD08R for 18" is quite limited and taking into consideration if the local distributor is controlling the quantities just to make the tyre exclusive. If time permits, I would get a set of AD08R for my track use only.

But usage is for track day/touge/daily driving
Fairly sure he don't want F1A2 or V105 and get slower lap time than he can on better tyres like AD08R

Need some recommendation since I'm a bit new into tyres and cars in general. I'm using a Ford Fiesta 1.6 Hatchback (2011 model), and just thinking of changing my tyres to a good quality one.

Some of my friends recommend Toyo Tyres T1R, but need opinions from the gurus here on this claim.

I normally use my car everyday on the Federal Highway and occasionally drive long distances (about 2-4 times per month). I like taking sharp corners, and good set of tyres for rainy days.

Size is a bit of a tough factor, since it's a 195/50/R16 size.

Any recommendations, gurus? Thanks!
