I see. Thanks for the heads up. But been reading articles said it is not recommended to use different brands between them. Is there any downside applying it?

Plus, can reccommend tyres that are compatible with Silverstone NS500?
Ideally of course, all 4-tyres should be the same model. However, this would mean that you are stuck with the same tyre model unless you change all 4-tyres at the same type. But why would u want to change 2-tyres that are still in good working condition that are within the safe manufacturing date, i.e. within 4-years.
Hence, many ppl change 2-tyres at once only and some try out different models. If you check out feedback from user, most have not reported any issue when running with different tyres at the font and back. However, I would advice to at least stick to the same category of tyres, i,e, say Goodyear NCT5 in front and CC5 at the rear. Both are comfort based tyres.
I would not personally advice to use say Goodyear GD5 in the front and CC5 at the rear as the GD5 is a 'performance based' tyre which handles and gives different ride feedback / characteristics from a Comfort Based Tyre.
Silverstone NS5000 seems to be a comfort based tyre. Many choices based on Budget such as
Goodyear Assurance Series or Duraplus Series
Conti CC5
Yokohama A-Drive

What is the acceptable manufacturing date when we purchase new tyres? 6 months? 9 months?
Depends on size and brand and whether its locally made or imported.
Most popular brands / sizes such as say 195/55/15 I would say max at 6-mths
Perhaps less popular sizes or models up to 1-year.
If its more than 1-year, i,e, 2-years or more, make sure u get a good discount cos u can only use like max 3-years as it would have reached close to the safe zone of 5-years from manufacturing date
