Avoid CC5 please. scary in the rain, rubbish in corners. noisy like hell when worn down.

i actually think flexing is reasonable and acceptable as long as its progressive and predictable, else u end up with a tyre that is too stiff and uncomfortable.

experts recommend that new tires should always go on the back.
however, 30 - 50 km on a wet CONCRETE surface. sorry bro, did you mean asphalt concrete or cement/concrete floor (as found in shopping mall carparks)?

but from my understanding of the posting he is thinking of 195/55 rear and 195/50 front? would not this case as yngwie mentioned, cause dive coz the front is smaller than the rear.

ermmm... grip = performance no?

"oh, I am running a perfomance tyre thats low on grip"

or

"oh, my very grippy tyres have very poor performance"

no lah . alignment rm 5 each , balancing 7.5 each .

as quazacolt say , yes i will say he wan push selling the tyre only , at first he offer me ze322 , i dont want lol .

xm2 180 , quite over my budget as i m not spirited driver also , just settle for the soso tyre can d .
try avoid the most basic of the tires if driving in KL. u be driving often on lebuhraya with many quick slowdowns. even speed like 80 km in the rain is enough to make you skid. even XM2 is not that expensive if u consider a lifespan of 2 years, safety first.

i stand corrected.

anyway, my point is that one should not scrimp on tyres

yup... tyres that works in my kampung are left wanting when used in KL.

Btw, R1R is great, grips like crazy and love the thread design.

but due to change soon, front already hitting 50% after 7 or 8 months sad.gif

OMG. scary man. i only had one puncture in more than 10 yrs of driving and that was on a rented car driving at 110 on the highway.

i see lotsa tire remains on the roads and assumed that these are from retreaded truck tyres.

now this got me thinking. how common are tyre explosions?

please change both your rear tyres. always use the same tyres on the left and right side. different tyres perform differently and using different tyres can result in unpredictable behaviour of the car which is not something you want
