I met Hong Leong credit card sales exec. at shopping comp. They said the newly- launch MACH Credit Card is an Enhanced/Upgrated version of MRCA cc
they have before... better sticks on the Essential Card- 1% unlimited cash back (no terms & conditions) !

I call HLB CS.later, ask them whether they can convert my ex-EON-GSC card to MACH Card...
Nobody pick up the phone for 10 min x 2 (morning & afternoon)
Later the CS told me no further details about the MACH cc & ask me call back later.... The End my story

im holding a eon bank debit card, can i use it to enjoy the GSC offer for buy 1 free 1 tix?

I wonder if I hold a HLBB CC and not using it within a certain time frame, will it be terminated automatically? Any minimum swipe?

It won't terminate automatically unlike CASA account becomes dormant... HLB will continue to charge AF+GST and and you get interest add-on every month until you fully settle.

they keep calling me up to take up Call-for-Cash

mine is AF waived but GST still charged annually. from what I know, some banks require minimum swipe to remain active for the card, if not they will terminate it automatically

1. i apply essential card on may, they promise to give me rm50 +RM38 REBATE..but i wait untill now also din get it~!
2. Free trolly bag with new application! i m new approved card holder but satu bau pun tak ada about this promo for me!
3. Been charge Rm8.++ for call CS of HLB. Guys, if u r using Unifi / BB tm plan with unlimited call plan, beware that HLB CS number is not registed under TM, they registed under TIME.COM.. means TM didnot provide free call to the CS of HLB....i had shock when c my TM bill had been charge RM8.00(waiting 15minit for the stupid CS answer call)

1. Who promise you ? Did you get any B&W on this offer ?
2. Free Trolley Bag offer... again who promise you ? Did you read the T&C ?
3. That's not HLB's fault but TM's billing system to charge to non TM lines (eg. Maxis, Time, P1)

Same here. Applied for HLB CC ~6 months ago, no updates at all.
Asked them several times -- no info at once, asked my phone number each time to get back (I have a savings account with them - they have all the data!) - no calls back, nothing. Decided to apply elsewhere.

I got the letter from them but I ignored it; didn't submit anything to show my latest income. However they didn't decrease the limit of my gsc card... perhaps they look at the spending pattern/payment record as well?

i grossly under-use my limit yet they went to increase my limit
