Did anyone manage to call HLB customer service? Been calling few times since last week, most of the time the line is engaged. This is their correct number right?

This HLB really geng, want to activate my card, call CS for 2 days also nobody pick up, guess have to leave a msg for them to call back

Yup thats the number that i called. Now i just receive the CC statement, asking me to pay the GST, while i have not activated my card yet? Is this how it suppose to be or is this ridiculous?
