Agree with this.. HLB probably has the worst customer service ever!
I lost my card and asked for a replacement. However, the replacement card did not arrive after 1-2 weeks later eventhough I've received an sms saying that the replacement card has been sent. So I went to the branch and asked to cancel my credit card as my renewal date is close by and was told that I can only cancel my card AFTER my replacement card has arrived. I was like "Huh? Don't you have my new number in the system?". All they could say was I still have to wait till I get the new card BEFORE I can cancel it. But by the time the "overdue" replacement card arrived, they've already charged me the renewal yearly government tax. So now I'm forced to keep the card for another year, because if I cancel now, they will not refund me the RM 50 government tax either. Even talking about this makes my blood boil!
