HLB realy poor!!!!!
1. i apply essential card on may, they promise to give me rm50 +RM38 REBATE..but i wait untill now also din get it~!
2. Free trolly bag with new application! i m new approved card holder but satu bau pun tak ada about this promo for me!
3. Been charge Rm8.++ for call CS of HLB. Guys, if u r using Unifi / BB tm plan with unlimited call plan, beware that HLB CS number is not registed under TM, they registed under TIME.COM.. means TM didnot provide free call to the CS of HLB....i had shock when c my TM bill had been charge RM8.00(waiting 15minit for the stupid CS answer call)
