I only get letter from HLB ask me submit my latest income proof in Jan 2012, I pass it to the bank myself that all... They never sent email/ sms or letter to me, I just notice that my ex-EON-GSC card CL been increased from 3k to 3.5k (like u just use the card for movie only) after I call HLB customer service only, better u go to bank to check it yourself...
