Man they messed up big time after the recent nationwide maintenance (to fully integrate HLB and EON). On the website they announced "all our service channels are up and running now" but I cannot login anymore to my HLB personal internet banking ever since the maintenance.

Called their hotline and was hastily told "we're still having problems, call us this Friday and we will help you".

i receive a new HLB card to replace my Eon card (the eon card is still not expire).

Nope, haven't received a replacement card.

Bloody hell it's been more than a week and HLB's shitty online banking is still not working for me... followed every instruction to the letter and still no luck. Tried registering again as per their instructions and got a message saying 'invalid card number'.
Gonna have to call them again.. pfft.

Finally I can login to HLBConnect. Tried just now, can't straightaway login so I tried registering again. This time I didn't get 'invalid card number' and managed to get my card registered.

I think my poor friend didn't submit her latest Income Proof with 36k per year so the bank cut down her Credit Limit... hmm.gif

I got the letter from them but I ignored it; didn't submit anything to show my latest income. However they didn't decrease the limit of my gsc card... perhaps they look at the spending pattern/payment record as well?
