Takmau bayar, jangan pinjam lah", then i still talk nicely to him and want to pass him my reference no of the CDM pay but the fella said "no point give us, our record shown u not pay, maybe you pay tesco / carrefour and u mistake is hse loan receipt". Since i got screwed by the dude several times i then asked the name of the dumb dude then he hang-up just like tat.

Got 1 CS gal call me ysterday also so rude. The name: Jayathi from collections centre say my debt now gone to 8K, when want to pay? Then i still say in a humble way that i had paid 2k last week already. Due is every 5th of the mth and i never miss my payments. I have alot of payments to credit cards, house, astro, bills, etc...everything works well...so why would i want to delay for my hse loan? then jayathi said "encik..i sekarang minta u bayar bukan minta u cerita, so bila mau bayar" WTF is wrong with HLB CS?? are they dumbnuts? were they picked up from jungle?.. i also had made complain to BNM...i follow up 4 times already in this issue, and no feedback yet. I went to BNM also last week to follow up status, the counter there said to me to wait as there are many other complaints from all thru Malaysia that they will need to follow up. They say no worry as my status should be in Queue....so how long need wait? Wait til i get status "Bankcrupt"? Such a good payable customer like me get this kind of shyt? I have several friends telling me to refinance to other bank coz they did to several years ago. They say EON & HLB sucks ppl money. CS skills lack of communication and they dont know how to make their customer feel happy and also not forgetting their very loving empty promises.

I can talk about this all day long but it wont do any good. I will suffer like this for another 2 more years till my lockin period over for my hse then i will refinance.

for me i say is the culture of Hong Leong Group, I not think is in HLB only.... bad things spread around fast...

If everyday the management screw ppl for nothing, where will the anger goes to....

I wonder how many people in Hong Leong Group is sane......

he already complain to BNM and was told to wait

no, do not screw HLB, their legal department will then handle the case and it may back fire. Write an appeal letter to Tan Sri personally asking for his "help" telling him his people are bullies and he paid good money for a bad system that does not work properly.....

Lol before joining public bank my dad was a customer for hong leong bank. He has the same case as yours, car hire purchase payment were made in time but they still call and ask my dad. Every month my dad will receive a call from them until one day my dad tak boleh tahan go to their branch fck them up down left right and transfer all the fixed deposits to public bank. Should see the branch manager beg people to stay lol.

Well the difference between public bank and Hong leong bank is heaven and hell. You should really shift.

Public Bank sucks too, too many stupid paper work and procedures. If you ask me, HLB gives me better service than PBB.

I am a bit surprise to read your case.

Why u din use a saving/current account SI to make monthly repayment for your house loan? Usually bank will ask client to open saving/current account as they secured a house loan. hmm.gif

Haha I guess depending on the branch. Some PB branch like Bandar Putri One is no difference from Maybank..too many people using. Old klang road branch is the best. rclxms.gif

I just cancelled my ex-EON Matta credit card 2 months back, do you guy think I able to apply the new HLB GSC credit card now as the cool down period for a new application of credit card will have a cooling time of 6months. The question is the it is ex-EON card, will it apply to this rule as well? If nobody can asnwer, i think i'll need to call the CS sad.gif

You are applying a different range of cards... no cooling off period required.

izzit so? I thought it applies to the issuer regardless of the card type? If that so, i will just go to any GSC cinema and apply with the agent there...smile.gif thanks

been with them for 3 years....limit still the same...not even increase a penny

they wan it to justify whether u the group of income more or less than 3k.....

if less than 3k they will advise ur CL etc....


citibank did ask me send them epf/pay slip....i din bother.....c what they gonna do after end of the year....
