Wanna ask a question on CL increase for HLB, after providing CC statement by other bank to HLB for requesting increase in CL, will they check my CCRIS?

I just received my ex -EON Visa Signature statement with HLB letterhead/log BUT it is written on the statement that payment by cheque shall be made payable to EBB CC and not HLB.

I thought they already merged succesfully, from this case it is like half cooked chicken doh.gif

I just cancelled my ex-EON Matta credit card 2 months back, do you guy think I able to apply the new HLB GSC credit card now as the cool down period for a new application of credit card will have a cooling time of 6months. The question is the it is ex-EON card, will it apply to this rule as well? If nobody can asnwer, i think i'll need to call the CS sad.gif

You are applying a different range of cards... no cooling off period required.

izzit so? I thought it applies to the issuer regardless of the card type? If that so, i will just go to any GSC cinema and apply with the agent there...smile.gif thanks

Well true enough. I am just wondering why their system so high end.. statement released and still can't detect me.. strange lol..
Anyway what done has been done. Never going back to HLB.. CS promised explaination but no called after a week. Too lazy to follow up la..

They are busy in migrating EON's customer info, credit cards etc. It is not surprise their database is not updated real-time for credit card application. Just stay with it hmm.gif

Shiroi sounds quite well-informed, do you work in HLB?

Nope of coz not working with them. Since HLB and EON merged, they will need certain period of time to do the data migration and it is not easy to do so and data migration for bank really take up months to do with their huge database.
