cm7 using different framework so i dont think any theme can be installed in it.
just search for "cm7 theme" in xda theme section

i tried to connect to odin and kies but my pc cannot detect.. i tried this since yesterday but no luck... so i decide to factory reset my phone but it's failed.. what should i do.. erghh~

Have you all noticed that if you take the current MIUI 2.3.4 MGv1 link 'http://www.modroms.co.uk/miui/MIUI-MGv1.zip' and change it to 'http://www.modroms.co.uk/miui/MIUI-MGv2.zip', there actually is a file to download. I wonder why the info for this so-called v2 is not posted on the MIUI thread @ xda-developers.

i'm on MGv1 right now. so far so good.

How do i make autokiller to auto kill the apps like ATK does?

this maybe the fix of fc for android market when u enter just in section.
there's someone complaint about it on facebook & they advice us visit nearest sc for firmware update.

you cant, it auto kill twhat app that should be kill, you cant manually kill any app.

i just flashed to cm7 last weekend, and the smoothness of cm7 makes me wanna cry...

im loving MIUI MGv1! the only downside is that there is no videos app like in stock froyo or gingerbread, can easily detect all my videos and play .flv videos.
and i think the gallery app is kinda slow..so i prefer to use quickpic

loving the camera app! got 2 camera apps, both are awesome!

haha so far i only have one darkyrom v10 final fan eh?

i think i'm not gonna switch to other roms cause this rom is kinda stable.

i had battery drain initially but i realized it was caused by words with friends.

besides that, fast speed, quick gps lock! nice interface too!

i've been so outdated from darky's rom already, last time was 9.5 for me. well, dunno much about dark core kernel tho, but speedmod? fuhh the best kernel for froyo ever. lagfix is stable, got tweaks, speedy performance. speedmod ftw~

lockscreen is included in theming, that's why it's only available for deodexed jvh. flash the deodexed one from Ramad @ any custom rom in xda to get the lockscreen tho.

even jvk have that problem..my friend desire hd have that problem too..i guess is more to market problem..not related to firmware..

or you could just buy the SGS2 instead LOL!! actually im thinking of it, love the bigger screen and thinner body, one thing i love about samsung is their specs. but i'll probably wait for my current contract to expire in july then if they have a good deal for the SGS2 i will consider. but if there will be a SGS3 coming out end of the year, i might wait for that.

on another note, on JVH since last night, battery life is great so far and the phone is now snappier, loads much faster now on startup and shutdown. im happy with the upgrade

SGSII lock screen

Soft bricked my phone twice yesterday, lost all my data in the internal SD (lucky I had a backup on PC) and all around many adventures moving back and forth between ROMs (JVB -> EZBase Froyo -> MIUI -> EZBase Froyo -> CM7) but am finally using CM7 with the latest nightly.

Barring lack of smooth MKV playback (AVIs play fine with MoboPlayer), it does look like CM7 is stable and mature enough to be used as a daily driver. Speedy beast this AOSP rom - practically no lags at all.

Had MIUI for about 4 hours on my phone - it was a beautiful looking ROM but I didn't like the iOS-ness feel of the whole UI. It wasn't super smooth too, did notice some minor lags here and there. Plain old CM7 feels way better, in my experience.
