QUOTE(imprezaizz @ Apr 21 2011, 02:00 PM) Hi, speedmod kernel is pre-rooted and also comes with clockworkmod (CWM). Here are the details, Before flash, Firmware:2.2 PDA:I9000ZSJP3 Build info.2010.08 But during lunch time, I just reflash to I9000DXJPB with guide from: http://touristinparadise.blogspot.com/2011...tall-froyo.html and good news, its now running with: Firmware version: 2.2 Baseband:I9000DXJPB Kernel ver: 2.6.32.9root@SE-S604 #1 Build number: FROYO.DXJPE My question now, I did root before using speedmod kernell and why now on kernel version it showed 2.6.32.9root@SE-S604 #1? If I go to My Files I can see there are clockworkmod folder. Last question, Can I backup all my app and data now using any backup app since Im not used the backup apps before, its seems all the data from NAVISEA, and all apps before I flashed is still there. Many thanks for your help. when u flash speedmod, it means u change ur kernel. thats why u have a change in name for kernel version for backup.. u can use titanium backup.. u can find it in market |

to convert fs to ext4, i think it can be done using ext4 tool from market
quote from damian post : QUOTE This kernel do support Ext4. You can now convert it with ext4 tool. Do a backup before you try it. |

QUOTE(gmhafiz @ Apr 28 2011, 01:14 AM) That's like KFC fun club the word SGS is a must i think.. at least to describe what we've been using I like a name that is more descriptive. Something along with greetgoat's suggestion. it's just that sgs means nothing and expanding it will make it too long. mby the right words at front or back or both is what we lack of |
