in terengganu more specific in kuala terengganu town got 3g coverage and even when u surf internet got hsdpa but that maxis only coz i use maxis there but for digi no 3g there only edge

anywayy, im on JVB and battery like sucks!
charged till full yesterday night ..left idle till this morning, checked battery status - left only 44%!
saw that android OS took 72% battery consumption!
anyway i can rectify this?

i won't bother reading your links (lazy), but just get titanium backup and DO IT. if it gets wiped out you can restore.
or you can do a nand backup from CWM.

i think everybody should backup using titanium.. safety precaution.

My SGS is on stock Froyo 2.2 unrooted.
Plan to flash to stock Gingerbread XWJVB 2.3.3
Do I need to backup anything ? IMEI not will disappear o not ?
Btw, can I root XWJVB using SuperOneClick ?

if you got root explorer. go to system/app, if you  see .odex, then it is odex rom, if deodex, no more .odex

there are programs to deodex app and framework, but not all app can be deodex correctly using program, only rom builder know how to deodex the best way
