QUOTE(Jason @ Apr 19 2011, 06:21 PM) i won't bother reading your links (lazy), but just get titanium backup and DO IT. if it gets wiped out you can restore. my phone is not rooted so can't use titanium..or you can do a nand backup from CWM. i think everybody should backup using titanium.. safety precaution. |

QUOTE(cybersim2 @ Apr 20 2011, 08:51 AM) My SGS is on stock Froyo 2.2 unrooted. http://www.theandroidsoul.com/how-to-insta...d-rom-gaalxy-s/Plan to flash to stock Gingerbread XWJVB 2.3.3 Do I need to backup anything ? IMEI not will disappear o not ? Btw, can I root XWJVB using SuperOneClick ? backup your contact, pix, music, etc using KIES is enough. u will not lose your files in your internal SD. |

QUOTE(silentser @ Apr 21 2011, 08:17 AM) do you check the use packet data box? yup, already ticked..Added on April 21, 2011, 8:20 am if you got root explorer. go to system/app, if you see .odex, then it is odex rom, if deodex, no more .odex there are programs to deodex app and framework, but not all app can be deodex correctly using program, only rom builder know how to deodex the best way |
