If I'm not mistaken, all unit locate at 7th and below get 3 car park right?
and after saturday, units left at Block A, 8th floor and above get another 1 extra carpark (from 2 carpark), but need to pay another RM30K extra compare to early bird..

so pay extra (30k - (-5k) = rm35k ?

means ur unit already jack up 30k by developer when u bought it?

I think already jack up twice, today should be last day, cos when I leaving it left no more than 15 unit and a lot of people signing

ohh.. not like that.. on thursday, I saw one unit at block A, list price at RM 299K.. and on saturday same unit, list price is at RM333k..

i dont think so.

30k only i think, not 30k + 30K.. price for above 1000 sqft after discount is below RM300k.. but for limited unit only, coz left a few for block A on sat..

yup, was using 10-20mm juz now.


as i left around 4pm juz now, still have a few 825sf, 875sf top floor, 998sq a few, 1012sf still have 1 or 2 and other bigger units here and there.... maybe you can call the SA and ask before you go.
