QUOTE(mrPOTATO @ May 14 2011, 09:40 AM) Agree, this developer potentially can turn out a good product based on their track rekord. The concept is totally cool. SA said the bedroom floor is laminated. tiles is using 1.5" tiles, ceiling heights is 9ft. For specs, so far no mention size .. Bedroom is laminated Added on May 14, 2011, 2:01 pm QUOTE(cutealex @ May 14 2011, 12:21 PM) If u take from them...they will like 1 stop station/shop handle for u..they got comission. How to see if non dibs ambank willbe better? can share share here? If for non dibs...ambank more worth if compared to cimb... QUOTE(mrPOTATO @ May 14 2011, 01:57 PM) maybe is nearer to KTM??This post has been edited by shyhhua: May 14 2011, 02:01 PM |

QUOTE(hallas82 @ May 14 2011, 02:05 PM) i guess ambank offer blr-2.2, while cimb offer -2.1, so lower interest rate, which is ambank, will be a better deal, and block b is nearer to ktm. juz now a cimb officer said they will try to get a better rate (blr-2.2 or blr-2.3) upon approval. maybe is depends on the client financial background and loan amount? This post has been edited by shyhhua: May 14 2011, 02:10 PM |

QUOTE(cutealex @ May 14 2011, 02:23 PM) Not not nearer to KTM...who told u tat..block B selling fast mean these are typically from investors...and block A typically for buyers who wish for own stay...so do u see the trend here? yesterday i saw an uncle stick his fingers at 2 units at block B Almost forgot. Today got another free gift from the developer -> notebook personally signed by the CEO |

QUOTE(7583 @ May 14 2011, 03:11 PM) potato man...do u know how many units per flr...and how many lift per flr as well...afraid there is too heavy units per flr to share the lift... 15 units per floor for block b & c (2 lifts share). 9 units per floor for block a & d (3 lifts each).but all blocks are linked, so total lift per floor is 8, and total units per floor is 33 QUOTE(WLP3234 @ May 14 2011, 03:44 PM) as this morning, 1000+ sf units with balcony facing pool kena sapu. 825 & 857sf units facing selayang without balcony still available. |
