Overall project. I see from the sticker board. Block a around 60-60% sold. But still hav nice units to choose from

when i juz reached there this noon, i saw a lot people, with a lot of shoes outside the showroom.. but when i notice carefully, most of them are the kim agent.. haha. a big relief coz i tot really all kena sapu liao.

but sales is going fast.... a lot of uncle aunty buy 2 units at a time. better be fast for those who really wanna grab a nice unit there.

juz now a cimb officer said they will try to get a better rate (blr-2.2 or blr-2.3) upon approval. maybe is depends on the client financial background and loan amount?

15 units per floor for block b & c (2 lifts share). 9 units per floor for block a & d (3 lifts each).
but all blocks are linked, so total lift per floor is 8, and total units per floor is 33

as this morning, 1000+ sf units with balcony facing pool kena sapu. 825 & 857sf units facing selayang without balcony still available.

any comment on their show unit?
1. i think their laminate floor is not even, hopefully the exact unit will not be like this
2. the 1.5" tiles not so nice, all white color only
3. basin a bit small

good entry price for those who worked and didn't have much saving like me



anyone notice in the booking forms, where they mentioned about the 4% additional discount if we take the non DIBS option? i can't find it

why the 4% additional discount (without DIBS) is not stated in the booking form? Anyone notice any clause stating the 4% thingy??

maybe is without RM5k discount. then internal staffs all sell their units and make $$$

went there after the rain, maybe people already left before the rain come.


yup, was using 10-20mm juz now.


as i left around 4pm juz now, still have a few 825sf, 875sf top floor, 998sq a few, 1012sf still have 1 or 2 and other bigger units here and there.... maybe you can call the SA and ask before you go.
