not sure about the name.
price starting from <rm200k for 800+ sqft. freehold. nearer than tmn raintree to ktm station - walking distance. got retails outlets below condo. may launch end of this month. |

They will keep on simply charging you asking you to pay unnecessary charges. Look at their swimming pool, how to swim ? their management office is really terrible, can't even do simple job, every simple documents task they need months do get it done. And the maintenances fees for car park just making me even mad. The maintenance fees just suddently change from 0.15cent to 0.20cent..and we can't do anything. Try talking to their staff to get things done, they will drive you to holland and your blood pressure will shoot up. This developer is really a joke. Luckily i managed to sell off this unit, is really a relief. |

Been to the actual site already far in at the end of the road is Tmn Raintree by Primera. 2 rows of townhouses and 2 blocks of Condos. Nearer down the road is an old Apt called Anggerik by the same dev. Next to Amara is some low cost apts/flats. Anggerik is currently getting about Rm700 rental if not mistaken.
Pro point: -220psf good pricing -freehold -full condo facilities -near KTM, near Mrr2 -0.18sen MF (but can be revised in AGM later if not sustainable) Con: -YTL cemet's depo right in front -Noticed a lot of trailers parked at road side waiting for depot -1 road only -high jam during thaipusam fest Anyway, the price is good considering for own stay. Rental not sure got catchment? Raintree has a mixture of Malays, Chinese and Indian owners. |
