i bought the c-8-13.... price234 b4discount. final price 229k.

u stated 228k is before or after discount.

i bought this unit coz lowest level, and the car park allocated is level 7, just take the stair case and its fast. icon_rolleyes.gif

there are plenty of extra car park for units that come with 2 car park.

actually, the developer just include the third car park and add it to the sales price
to make more profit.

there is 1 whole level of visitor car park available.
close to 100 car park for the shops in front.
and another 200 car park at the ktm which is just a stone throw away.

not enough? hmm.gif
