HSBC offer me -2.25% BLR +discount on 10% on legal fee + 15% or 20% on stamp duty... but im confuse.. if i dont take with panel bank... will the process delayed? how about the discount it is valid and accept by panel lawyer? or should I just go with panel bank (Cimb) and take -2.1% BLR? pic of showroom taken today attached below...
