13A = 14th floor

what do you mean by 13A?

actly wanna check...how they give out the carpark? is it only for 8th floor until 14th floor only?

I'm on 7th floor, got 3 car parks. I thought all block a got 3 car parks

mine is 13A block B, i just get 2 CP...

all block A? block A is 1052 right?

mine is block B but only 2 CP...

not all block A 1052, mine only 1012.

It was on 12 May. During that day, it was full of people and everyone trying to get a SA to help them book a unit.
on the first day, Type A 2nd Floor to 7th Floor priced a bit expensive than other unit (8th to 11th floor), it was because it come with 3 car park and the rest only have 2 car park.
I think the next day, they decided to sell more expensive for all type A and give out 3 car parks.

288..nice price...in fact, i m abit regret coz the unit i bought only have 2 CP...i shd get 3CP instead...

tht's y now i m need to know who r the one entitled for 3CP...how they diversify the CP

there are plenty of extra car park for units that come with 2 car park.

actually, the developer just include the third car park and add it to the sales price
to make more profit.

there is 1 whole level of visitor car park available.
close to 100 car park for the shops in front.
and another 200 car park at the ktm which is just a stone throw away.

not enough?

car park wise i dun think is a problem...they manage to give out 2 CP minimum for a unit...others developer only give out 1 mostly and need to buy if u need another one...like bro 0106127 mentioned above...car park are more than sufficient...

by d way,wanna check wif u all,do u all plan to include the loan agreement fees(around 4k) into the loan amount or pay it during sign the loan agreement?
