for those that get 2 car park, can purchase additional carpark from developer for 20k per bay, dont forget they might charge u maintenance fees for the car park bay as well.. these happened to their previous project.

i think 2 carpark is good enough.

Ya, it was 302k (the price i bought) on Sat morning, i bought it around 6pm the same day.

So i wonder if this 302k the jackup price of the 30k, so before 14 May, it was something around 272k?
