they say check checkcheck until now still no news...... TM talk $$$$$$ . if that place is high cost living area live by many boss . the connection sure like the god . get 10mb unifi but speed is 30-40mb etc something. but if u live at kampung,or outside the town..or low cost area.... sure noob line noob service..... spam restart when lag only can solve problem....

1 year. no recommend .need spam email complain if link keep dc and slow. get unifi if landed house more fast

steamyx customer support always talk like the idiot person 1. and do idiot thing. when my line is good at morning then they will call me , dialog as below:
tm staff:hello encik , saya dari tm technical. saya terima complain dari encik tentang internet lambat dan disconnction. internet awak ada masalah sekarang?
I: tak ada masalah pada waktu pagi. saya cuma complain malam internet sangat perlahan dc.
tm staff: saya cuma mau pasti internet encik x ada masalah.
I: pagi line bagus , malam baru dc dan lag.

but when night my internet line lag and slow. never get call from them... really idiot question . they can check our internet line at the databased . why need phone me to ask? they very pandai , when know our line good, they only phone us. when we noob line, they will never phone us to ask.

spam email customer service or phone them. if not , they will give you noob line forever.

go tm center if beh tahan their service.when you phone then, they will keep pass the phoned around useless 1...... tm always provide high prices but poor service..............!!!!

normal lah noob streamyx .... already complain 1 year also same..... er few day.
last time my internet keep dc, complain 3-4 month only fix
then now no dc but the speed always slow down when night.......complain but cannot fix only can fast for few day, then will slow again


tips: restart modem until get 218 ip fast at my area..... , some forumer also say 60ip is good
175 ip crappy and slow...

SKMM cannot 1......
the got special strategic when SKMM come ..... you internet speed will become very fast for few day when SKMM investigates then slow back again after investigate found that speed no problem ....

always get at night... need restart modem to reset IP... if not only get 1-2 MB...

i assume that some area 4 mb port are little, cause they wan save money lazy update the infrastructure at particular area....when you complain to them or SKMM then they will assign the good IP for you and phone you tell the lined is vey fast for few day to write the complain/service report , the connection slow back again after finish invertigate by skmm or "good report" have write at they system. f

speed cap at night......................same like me . complain also useless......

same like me 1st year come keep dc....... stable few month..... then come slow speed.......snr 30 line attenuation are 6 , but speed is 1-2mb when night... no hopes. my place only have tm nubbbbbbbbbbbb

any good modem replacement. my modem power button already broken and always hang/ auto restart. is the noob streamyx problem or modem problem?

mean other brands of modem to replace current 1.
