QUOTE(supersound @ Nov 27 2014, 08:52 PM) At start is to use first come first serve to mislead you, then extended it and pick randomly. 1st time I experienced this. ocbc and citibank no problem, got the free gift and cash back instantly after I fulfilled the criteria. Up to date , I haven't see the rm50 cash back in my latest statement (3rdmonth) .That's why I never bother on such "promotions" as I'm sure I won't get it. I will just log a complain report to marketing if I didn't receive the gift and cancel the card. |

QUOTE(Sirius @ Dec 1 2014, 11:46 AM) my case, Hi Sirius,8/11 submit application through ringgitplus (Sat night) 11/11 Received call from HSBC 11/11 Sent in my doc 18/11 HSBC email and said application approved 26/11 I found the card in my letterbox by normal post 1/12 Still no code sent by HSBC :-( So I email HSBC ask for the code First of all, i feel sorry for you bro.. My advice to you, please double check your registered mobile number with HSBC. In my case, they registered my phone number wrongly in which they keyed in +60019-2345678 instead of just 019-23456789..I found this out during registering for online banking, where the sms for authentication never came.. Please check with HSBC on this. For all forumers' info as well, HSBC got my address wrong and I've waited for another 1 week to receive the card. No 140 was entered as no 104 in my mailing address.. Best of luck to you bro! |

QUOTE(kawteem @ Dec 2 2014, 11:04 AM) Hi Sirius, After I emailed to HSBC yesterday, today I received a call from the person who call me on 11-Nov, and said unique code will email to me by today, at the same time she try to ask me to apply from a sup-card.First of all, i feel sorry for you bro.. My advice to you, please double check your registered mobile number with HSBC. In my case, they registered my phone number wrongly in which they keyed in +60019-2345678 instead of just 019-23456789..I found this out during registering for online banking, where the sms for authentication never came.. Best of luck to you bro! After 30 mins of the call, I received the code and just forward to RinggitPlus, now waiting RinggitPlus to reply :-) Why HSBC don't create a web form and let us fill in those data like address, company address, take very long time to talk thru phone. |

Hi,
I had applied via Ringgitplus and they sent me an email informing that HSBC will call shortly for my card application. I missed a call (suspect HSBC) this afternoon as I was in a meeting. Just wondering whether I could go to their website and choose to apply online without waiting for their calls and still be eligible for the Huawei tablet from Ringgitplus as well. Has anyone experience this before? Thanks |

So I still have to wait for Hsbc personnel to call me for verification and only submit my documents after that? But isn't it easier for me to type in my particulars on the online form than verbally convey my information? |

Or you can call back and they have records of the person who called you and request for redirect to continue the process. |

I have a rough idea why my application is being rejected after I pulled my latest CCRIS report. Two RHB CCs that I have cancelled still appear in the report.
