Per T&C on RinggitPlus

3.6 HSBC will provide every approved new Cardholder with a unique code that may be used to claim the Campaign Gift. Claimants should email can@ringgitplus.com once they have received their unique code.

Edit: I replied the email titled "Your new HSBC credit card!" sent by "Diana from RinggitPlus"

In the email it stated:

It's easy to claim for your free Huawei Media Tablet*

Once you've been approved for your new credit card, HSBC will send you a unique code by SMS and email used to redeem your gift. Feel free to reply to this email with the unique code and we will arrange your gift delivery as soon as possible.

*Terms and Conditions Apply.

You better confirm with HSBC if you will get the watch. At first, I was promised for the watch. In the end, two CSs confirmed that I will not get despite my spending was 1.5k. I already cancelled my card.

Been few days since I cancelled my card but nobody from the retention department calls me so far. Anyway, I'm not interested to continue holding this card. How to ensure that it's already terminated? Any confirmation notification? As most of you are aware, calling their CS is one of the most hatred things to do. shakehead.gif

I hv the similar promotion problem also when that time I add in 1 more hsbc card just for the tablet as my weekly spending that time is over 10k consistent so thought I am sure entitle for the tablet... End up promotion almost end only get the card then I thought good...I still can get the watch..so I get nothing.... Anyway at least hsbc promise me that if I hold 2 card with them they will waive all gov fees and annual fees and so far they did that....

Since I get nothing at all from the contest I am thinking to cancel one of the card and apply for a better cash rebate card specially online purchase....any recommendation? Weekly need to spend 5-10k for Xiaomi phone..
