Could anyone recommend me any good + importantly, cheap multivit? I've just been taking vit c capsules (500mg) and nothing else. Don't have much money to buy rm7 worth of multivit a day.

hey guys, i need some advise.. im new to whey protein.. i just got my self nitro tech pro series.. now on the packing it says 1 scoop.. erm roughly how much is 1 scoop? and it says to mix with 4oz of water.. seems very lilttle.. what if i add more water??

I'm trying out Animal Rage now since I ran out of White Flood. Can you believe it when I say that a full scoop is too much for even stim tolerant individuals like me? Madness.
