For those who take scivation xtend, how many scoops do you guys take intraworkout? 2 scoop already feel so sweet, had to refill bottle many times to dilate the sweetness.

most creatine product doesnt include scoop inside it... but if u refer to d label i think it says 5gram or 1 teaspoon..

guys, about the creatine, do i have to consume daily or before and after workout only? how many grams a day if have to consume daily ?

for creatine normally its 5 gram per day = 1 teaspoon. u can choose to take it before or after workout as both way have their own advantages

for me i take everyday..non and workout day...but remember to drink plenty of water

I take it every day as well with breakfast, regardless if I train or not. And, yes, drinks loads of water.

guys i need some advise..

i weight about 67 kgs height is about 5'8".. here is the thing i used to workout alot back in uni days, and whack anything when it comes to food.. ended up strong but flabby stomach.. now i wanna look at watching my food.. i have reduced my stomach and overall size.. now im weight training again.. but i dun wanna get a huge belly, so this is what im eating now..

breakfast: peanut butter and bread..
bout 10 am: high fiber biscuits
lunch: what ever i can get as food is an issue here.. somedays i get turkey sandwich or subway..
bout 4 pm: high fiber biscuits or bread and peanut butter
then dinner what ever i can get plus protein powder..

well i know lots of things are lacking in my diet, i dun need a superb sculpted body but need to be able to gain size and strength minus the belly.. plus is there anything u guys can recommend to have before workouts? something simple as obtaining anything here is difficult.. or should i have my protein powder before workout instead of after?

real noob when it comes to eating right..
