superpump max blue raspberry rocks... still in energy eventho iv finished my daily workout routine.. and still able to do d laundry n cook dinner straight after gym...
wont recommend it for those who workout at night.. or ul hav sleeping problem.. just cant keep ur eyes shut...

Haha kesian u obat otot.. hope evrybody understand now..
now back to our topic-supplement review...
iv used Gaspari Superpump before but didnt noticed anything.. but i continued using it since i bought it anyway... after iv finished it, all my workout sucks.. i get tired easily n fatigue most of d time.. now i realized Superpump's power... cant wait to get my new tub!!
