That's a more than sufficient list of supplements. The bigger question is, what are you supplementing?
*
Hmmm, as for the supplements, it's for health purposes?

GNC Burn - to lean my body
Megamen - multi vitamins for daily needs
L Argenine - increase blood flows & minor protein growth
Fish oil - biasa la u know smile.gif
Horny goat weed - u know la smile.gif

VT Vapor contains protein? The sales dude says no protein at all, so I mix it with whey smile.gif

And here you have your biggest problem. Supplements are meant to supplement a diet that's already at least decent, to add on to it. Being over-dependent on supplements will get you nowhere until you get your diet in check.

Due to work restriction I took my meal at random hours, most of my breakfast close to lunch hour & my lunch is at tea time, I wonder is this causing my body bulk up & not lean enough...

Like what Dan said, that's more than enough supplements bro.
Try your absolute best to eat natural foods though.
Nothing beats it.

I myself am not a big eater and am really struggling to get my 1g protein per pound of body weight but I'm quite proud to say that I am being quite successful so far.
I buy stuff like soft tofu, tuna, soy milk to consume at various times of the day. And there's no hassle to it, just open and eat.
All the best.

Brothers! I just bought a new product from GN myofusion probiotic, it taste as good as the hydro.. But I'm not sure how much does it differs from hydro can any sifu here can lighten me up? I heard it's better from the seller, so I decided to take probiotic instead of hydro.

Personally I dont think it gonna work. What I would suggest prior to buying is to look at the ingredient and research on its properties and then make your learned decision.

According to Gaspari, the new myo has probiotics inside to help you in digesting the protein so no more running to toilets etc, and they have brown rice protein as another source now on top of milk protein and whey instead of just whey, whey, whey and more whey.

If it's for postworkout, then it's a definite no. No fats for the postworkout shake.

fat slow down digestion
you want a quick rapid insulin spike after your workout
