Hi all, I'm new in BB and following is my proposed supplement list:

Pre: Nitrotech Vapor + Nitrotech whey 1scoop
Intra: Electrolyte tablet
Post: Nitrotech whey 2 scoop
B4 sleep: ON Casein

Daily supplements I took daily:

GNC Burn
Megamen Active
Fish oil
L Argenine
Horny goat weed

Anything goes wrong or comment with my list?

Hmmm, as for the supplements, it's for health purposes?

GNC Burn - to lean my body
Megamen - multi vitamins for daily needs
L Argenine - increase blood flows & minor protein growth
Fish oil - biasa la u know smile.gif
Horny goat weed - u know la smile.gif

My diet sucks max >_> max carbs during workout day, oats and lean meat during non training day smile.gif

Drink plenty of water and soy milk too smile.gif

Due to work restriction I took my meal at random hours, most of my breakfast close to lunch hour & my lunch is at tea time, I wonder is this causing my body bulk up & not lean enough...

Technical solutions smile.gif on call 24hour, most of my schedule starts evening, my resting hour usually around 3- 4am sad.gif hope won't drag off topic lol

Another question, can I use fat burner pill as supplement to lean my body (keeping muscle) along with HIIT training? Anyone come across to this?thanks ya...
