Sorry bros, I need some help on getting whey protein. I need them is because my daily protein intake doesn't fits the requirement, as in I don't eat that much of chickens breast and eggs cause I can't have too much.. So I'm planning to get whey protein as substitution of natural proteins from foods.

73kg guy, I don't want to gain weight anymore.. Now on the way gaining muscles to fill in my empty spaces which look loose.

Any product to recommend? is elite whey protein isolate is good? or maybe there something else out there? I don't want awful taste protein lol

Brothers! I just bought a new product from GN myofusion probiotic, it taste as good as the hydro.. But I'm not sure how much does it differs from hydro can any sifu here can lighten me up? I heard it's better from the seller, so I decided to take probiotic instead of hydro.

More expensive than hydro around 30~50.. I think..
