There's no perfect supplement or protein shake for everyone smile.gif

Im not a pro or good in all this. Many others are pack with knowledge on this.

Seriously? Why does nobody want to learn how to walk before trying to run? Basic nutrition (in other words, a 'proper diet') is the basis of being healthy and bodybuilding, without it, you'll get no progress.

It's here:

Proper Pre and Post Workout Nutrition

Anyways, a lot of people feel sleepy after a heavy meal. It's just up to the individual to get over that feeling.
I use to always get sleepy after lunch but nowadays I don't.

Protein shakes are a supplement, not a substitute for real food.

If you can eat your macros in real food, that should always be the first choice. You can make great gains by eating right without supplementing with protein, but you're gonna run into a brick wall if you chug protein all day without proper food.

Besides, I'm pretty sure drinking all your 'food' would lead to hemorrhoids (or at least that's what I've heard).

Sometimes, eating all that food can seem daunting, but I find that looking at those pics of darklight eating gets my appetite way up ahaha.
