QUOTE(Eddiected @ Nov 15 2011, 08:19 PM) thanks for the quick reply. but i dont have access to online shopping. is there anywhere else i could get it from other than GNC? other retail etc? if i am aiming for lean muscle so does that mean im better off with just whey as it would be lower calories? any further advise? btw im 55kg and around 169cm. i might be underweight but the only issue im worrying about extra calorie intake is the additional tummy, which is already quite big now. go to garage sales and look around..i just bought my scivation whey from yongz yday..he stays at sunway about the tummy thing..dun worry about it too much la..ur underweight anyways..once u start doing ur compound exercises u will be fine

QUOTE(gnsumas @ Mar 12 2012, 05:38 PM) Curious about this too haha. Saw a thread selling dat dere cell-tech. But none selling milk thistle. Irresponsible much? (genuine question, not too sure if milk thistle is necessary with oral roids) celltech at garage sales? surely not..lol no idea if test and GH boosters are legal but Pro Hormones are..and dont let people tell u otherwise, pro hormones are roids

QUOTE(-Dan @ Mar 12 2012, 06:34 PM) I thought roids are roids, ie actual testosterone/GH/this-bol that-bol. And pro hormones are stuff that stimulate you to produce more yourself, like tribulus/tongkat ali (what most of them contain)? Unless I've misunderstood? PRO-HORMONES/DESIGNER STEROIDS. These are compounds called Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS). Don't be fooled into thinking that just because they are labeled as such, the compound is nothing less than that of an actual steroid. Some have speculated that they are separated into classes based upon their ability to bind or not to bind to androgen receptors. I on the other hand have found otherwise. William Llewellyn says "Such classification only, and upon reasonable investigation are clearly invalid." Just in case you are wondering what classifications these compounds may be speculated to fall under, I will define them according to that belief. "Pro-hormone," is a term thrown around in forums quite often and is misleading to the everyday workout enthusiast, bodybuilder, and teenager looking to gain muscle. This term gives individuals the ignorant "ok," based on its legality and label of being a pro-hormone and not steroid. When an individual succumbs to this way of thinking there can be dire consequences. dun wanna post the whole article here..can PM me if u want..

QUOTE(darkseifer @ Mar 22 2012, 12:31 AM) Well, the research does not support the claims. What happens is when you ingest glutamine about 90% of it stays in the small intestine and the rest that escapes gets converted into blood glucose. Also endogenous glutamine production will be decreased, so the end result is that supplementation of glutamine does nothing to improve recovery or hypertrophic response.
