those DNS is standard DNS from TM. even streamyx using those DNS.

Came over to fix my VoIP issue cos i changed the last 4 digit numbers last week and the dect phone went dead. Anyways issue settled and the tech was nice enough to help me call CS and screw them to reset my sessions. Now dl speed seems to be normal back

ps-the tech also using 20mbps at home and use it to dl animes and movies like we do

good to have a knowledgeable tech help out

if landed.. UniFi will not using your existing phone port... but if high rise building, then it will use the port...

Hi there... i receive my Unifi bill via email, and i saw those number i have dial using VOIP phone... what i don't understand is how come they charge for calling Unifi number ? 1 300 88 1221 i thought should be FREE right ???

Unfortunately not...at the bottom of the contact us page, it's mention they will charge...ridiculous isn't it

Try testing again Tonite after 8pm..we compare & bombard UNIFI if speed <4MBPS

You are not alone. My unifi has been down since last Saturday. Made 3 complaints, they promised me they will send someone to fix it, until now no news. The latest complaint was yesterday morning.

Really so busy, lack of manpower or inefficient?
