hmnnn dunno why Tonite suddenly slow down in Puchong side..anyone expereince b4..

Confirmed Puchong Utama having problem liao...If by 2moro so bad, will lodge a report. hv anyone affected near bt14 complain dy?

Hmnnn b4 this not like dat wor.. Anyway, speed OK now (Morning)..

Try testing again Tonite after 8pm..we compare & bombard UNIFI if speed <4MBPS

Start to slow liao..darmit

At 8:10pm ..Calling UNIFI...

I called them and as usual, On & off twice bla-bla bla and speed still slow and one point dropped to 900kbps.. He told me currently they are migrating to a better server and slowness for nxt coming 1-2 weeks wor. And this migration job happen during Nite time Anyway, gave me the report id & will send somewan here within 24hrs

Yes 24 hrs time..But the thing that ge mentioned - Server migration wor...and that till end of this Mth but the announcement got nothing to do wth server migration?

Slowdown started exactly at 7PM from 5mbps to 3mbps ~ 7pm, thereafter ~ 2mbps ~ 7:30pm and yes by 8pm crawled to 1.5mbps...by 9pm probably <1mbps liao

For me even worst. I terminated my old Telekom & Streamyx line 2 days after UNIFI. Streamyx bill no prob..but my telephone line..They din cut off a mth later. I overlooked and by 2nd mth they already d=charged me 2 mths bill. Atlast I went & complained. As usual hv to wait atleast 1.5-2hrs there..They agreed to waived 2 mths & refund all my deposit .. I received a cheque a mth later..BUT they DID not refund ME the 2 mth usage!! ...Well, I decided not to report bcos kenot stand waiting 2 hrs at TM point!! ..There goes my 2mth bill

Haha..Same msg I received via SMS. ..Mine not down but smae problem as those in Sunway, USJ, Puchong & OUG..Line slow after 7pm till 1am ...That's robot reply liao

I think service restored liao..no slowdown Today Been Monitoring since 6PM till now.. Pheww at last
