Hi, just a couple questions. Would be awesome if anyone can answered!

1. Why my TV volume becomes so loud whenever it enters Commercial?

2. I have a fax, it was running well (means, when fax came in, it will automatically cut off after 5 rings), until I installed Unifi, it keeps on ringing, i.e. failed to receive fax; otherwise I have to manually press the "receive" button.

Added on April 19, 2011, 9:18 amBy the way, my Unifi service has been down for 4 days since last Saturday. I have called Unifi, I waited 20 mins on the phone just to get an operator on phone to talk with.

Yesterday I called to the Unifi hotline (1300-88-1221) again told them my case number, they promised me they will call me back to rectify until yesterday the whole day, my phone did not ring at all.

Nobody here wish to pay for down time, right? What the xxxx are they doing?

Do they have an facade shop in Klang Valley?

You are not alone. My unifi has been down since last Saturday. Made 3 complaints, they promised me they will send someone to fix it, until now no news. The latest complaint was yesterday morning.

Really so busy, lack of manpower or inefficient?

explain which day, what date, what time the service was interrupted. And explain they can only send technician on Monday (as stated by UNIFI HELPDESK with name if possible), which is a 7 Day of loss.
tell them you want a Rebate.

IMPORTANT: ASK FOR A TICKET NUMBER FROM THEM. so you can keep sending them reminders or follow ups with that ticket number in your email subject.
Hopefully these fools will understand and provide what you want.

The thing is, when our Unifi DOWN, HOW ARE WE GOING TO CALL THEM (IF WE DON'T HAVE A MOBILE?)

Second thing, bundle everything (i.e. TV, VOIP, Internet) together, for example my unifi is down means I DO NOT HAVE ENTERTAINMENT AT ALL.

Can you imagine your life without Internet? At least give me TV and Phone call.
