i doubt at the moment got capped speed...now my download lebih 60gb liao cos been downloading 2 1080p files worth 30gb

try calling the CS to reset ur session, it might work.

tmn united dun seem to be having problem at the moment *fingers crossed*

ps-i'm getting consistent 500kb+ downloads...

download files that couldn't dl with a 1mb streamyx

whoosah..download speed slowed down to 150kbps instead of a consistent 500kbps which i have been getting last week.

if i reboot the router and modem, would it make a difference?

sigh, same case with me now...morning til night sure slow speed...sometimes in the afternoon fast then back to slow. after 12am only can get the promised speed. what could be the problem?

i'm in tmn united only btw...

same here...downloads only slow when dl from fileserve...

My DECT phone was having problem since last week, so called to report. Hopefully by this week the technician will come to check.

Luckily i didn't go out, totally forgot that today a technician suppose to come and lucky he called

Came over to fix my VoIP issue cos i changed the last 4 digit numbers last week and the dect phone went dead. Anyways issue settled and the tech was nice enough to help me call CS and screw them to reset my sessions. Now dl speed seems to be normal back

ps-the tech also using 20mbps at home and use it to dl animes and movies like we do

actually some things are better left untold. i wanted to share something which my installer did but in order to protect his job, i'd rather not.

let's just say the installer that installed my unifi was a good man and he dun mind doing extra stuff just to avoid multiple documentations
