Sorry newbie in SSPN-i, after you link bank islam with sspn-i, can we peform online instant bank transfer money from SSPN-i to other bank account?
If my understanding is correct, we can withdraw money from SSPN-i using ATM card after linking to Bank Rakyat/Islam.

in order to transfer online, everytime u must go atm insert debit card and transfer to ur bankislam account 1st,
then only can online transfer to other bank acc.

No need.
When you open bank islam account remember request to open basic saving account. no annual fee.

To transfer SSPN funds to other bank's account:
1. use ATM & debitcard to withdraw SSPN to BI's account.
2. then use ATM & debitcard to IBG/IBFT from BI's account to say MBB account.
are the above steps correct?
How much is the IBG/IBFT fees?
Funds will be transferred within the same day?
IS there a end-of-year maintenance period where we can't do the above?

1) What is the dividend rate for the past few years? It seems quite hard to find this on their official website.

2) Is it easy to withdraw funds from the account like a current account? Some say can, some say have to wait 3 years before can withdraw freely

3) Can the account be opened online or though a PTPTN branch or a bank branch (i.e Maybank)

1) Last few years about 4% or so (have been holding in there for a while now but don't really take note the rate, the tax exemption is the main goal)

2) Yes, search 'bank islam' and 'bank rakyat' in this thread. Applies to SSPN-i, not the 'plus' account which I don't bother with.

3) Not sure, I opened at branch a long time ago (my eldest is 6 now).
