Don't just dump in money when there is no promotion. Wait for some promotion, usually extra lucky draws before dumping in. With the ease of depositing online, it takes like 5 minutes at the computer using FPX.

At the moment, there's a promotion going on : https://www.ptptn.gov.my/promosi-menu/cabut...15-tahun-sspn-i

Even though I have already max out this year's contribution, I'm planning to dump in a bit more for each lucky draw period. Although I have not won anything  sad.gif , never hurt to try.  smile.gif

And yeah, I also just leave the money in the accounts.......
*
For this promotion, if we topup RM1,000 in one transaction, will we entitle for 10 draws? or we have to topup RM100 each transaction? blink.gif

My friend and I have the same question.
I called PTPTN to ask about this and the answer I got is... One deposit of RM500 will earn you 5 entries.

Time to get money to try my luck now. icon_idea.gif

I had always assumed it is one transaction ie RM 1000 = 10 draws.

Oh ya, do be aware of the "plus". Some promo is only for SSPNi-plus and not SSPN-i.

No problem. Examples:
10 entries for a deposit of RM1000.
80 entries for a deposit of RM8000.

I also suggested to the officer to make it clear in the FAQ... but apparently they don't really care. whistling.gif

1. This year 8k
2. Kennot, if wanna earn point can use bigpay
3. The earlier u deposit, the higher the amount for the dividend. Its prorated.
4. makes no difference for tax deduction purpose, deposit as an when u want to. Just make sure u max out the amount before new year.

Yes, BigPay has been accepted for quite some time now.

In case the counter personnel asked, just tell them BigPay is a debit card.

Anyone know how the interest is prorated? Per day or per month? Is it using minimum balance in period or average balance?
