is the BE form from e-filling ok? and where to get the tax receipt?

hmm, the sales rep called me and say will email me the form, after almost 2 weeks still no news.

btw the 2 card limit are shared right?

well i submitted on 4th May and I just checked my m2u and the card details appears in it although no call/sms. So i think about 2 weeks should know the status.

hm, my old card was 2x my old salary years ago. now the mbb2 is about 2.8x my new salary.

does the statement for the 2 cards combine or seperate?

lets say this month i swipe the mastercard for rm100, and the amex for rm100, will it come in next month 1x statement of rm 200 or seperate statement of rm100 and rm100?
