Stupid MBB CS makes mistake on my card delivery address again! Every time I call them I made them telling my card delivery address (to my office), though it was different CS but they got it correct all the time. Today I called and checked when is the ETA of my VISA, the CS told me will be sent out soon and to my shock it will be sent to my hometown's address!

I don't know how should I talk to them anymore, despite thousands of reminders. Haiz. I'm so tired.

Does MBB accept CC application by pledging FD? I was suppl. card user and just cancelled my suppl. Maybankard 2 Card and would like to apply as principal user since both principal and suppl. need to pay RM50 for GST.

I did try email MBB but no respond from them T.T

my first maybank cc was a classic card which i apply while i'm working in batu gajah, perak about 5 years ago...by the time that card expired, i've been working in kl for almost 2 years in which i told them my kl address (my statement arrive at kl address without fail). when i check the replacement card, i found out they still mail it to batu gajah while knowing that my statement is sent to kl for almost two years! my conclusion is, they still keep and use the first address we give them...(my gold and platinum arrive at kl since i apply them using kl address)

just received the sms that my application been approved ...after 3 weeks sent my form to bank...

if u straight forward applied at card center i think 3 days they can approve edi..hehe

Today i made payment for my 2nd semester tuition fee at lim kok wing university. Initially, they said dont accept amex but after swiping it went thru fine. In conclusion, got rm50 cash back n 5x tp this month.

huh? meaning the Maybank AMEX is actually like normal visa with added benefit?
anyone else tried at places that do not accept amex?

Most likely they do accept AMEX, just that the staff wasn't aware of that.


Credit card processing terminal from Public Bank, UOB Bank, HSBC (Global Payments) and Citibank can all process AMEX but then, it doesn't necessarily mean you can use AMEX at all these terminals. It's up to the merchant's agreement. Public Bank and HSBC (Global Payments) credit card processing terminals for instance, also can process Unionpay, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB etc. but all these usually are disabled as the merchant accept only the usual VISA/MasterCard.

today I bought electrical stuff cost RM5000, they use CIMB, Maybank and Public Bank terminal .. but they do not accept AMEX .. gone my 25000TP..
