Normally when can we see the 5% rebate? My last statement i don't see any rebate appear on my statement. Is it normal for 1st statement didn't show the 5% rebate?

anyone knows wats the interest rate of taking money out from atm using AMEX?

normally u will get 15% cash rebate in your monthly statement, don't know why last year end I got register, but until now still havent received any cash back, call and complaint so many times, they said, the cash back is based on "first come first serve" basis. Fed up already

For Feb 2011, the 15% cashback already give out??

Is it mean that with auto-debit for utility bills/insurance bill, u get only 2 points for every ringgit paid, whereas if u pay with credit card by going to the pay centre u get 5 points for every ringgit paid for Amex cards ? Anyone please enlighten.

Today I received a replacement Maybankard 2 Amex Platinum with the word "PLATINUM" printed on the card. It is free of charge, and same card number too.

Just checked my account, RM50 has been billed to my account too on 16 Apr 2011. In my MBB2 AMEX account, it is stated there that service tax has been paid (SERVICE TAX PAID - PRINCIPAL). I received my MBB2 cards around 20th January, by the way.
