for those who spent on dining@curve and got the 20%..

i just wanna ask, in ur online statement, the amount stated is still the full amount? they'll state the 20% only during the closing day?
*
as i mentioned above, the rebate will not be reflected in the same statement as your dining. so your dining spending will be in full amount.

Ohh...tht is 1good way  nod.gif , thanks for the tips...Btw, I never thought there is zero rebate, because what I understand is if it is not under the 5% rebate category then all will go under 1% rebate...no?

I just notice 1 thing, most of us trying to max to get the RM50....

I wonder why speending thousands of ringgit just to get the RM 50....

The rebate is suppose when u need to spend to get back something as bonus, but i now is everyone is like trying to spend to get the RM50.....

Spend wat is needed or necessary la....

I m single, I m not sure how a family spending pattern, groceries how much a month? and others??

Does every family spend RM 1000 for household and groceries? Just curious here..... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

My rebate I get per mth around 30++, not include petrol.....

I hope wat i explain here is understandable.... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Maybe someone can share here..... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Groceries about RM350/month for a family of 4 from supermarket.

Morning market maybe add in another 350/month for fresh fish, chicken and vege.

Utilities, if you have aircon, then another 300 - 500, for the same family of 4.

So there it's almost 1k.

Just got the sms where they need me to submit the utility bill under my name to prove the billing address.

However, the address that i put in is my hometown address(parents address), I currently renting room at PJ. Thus, all the utility bills of that hometown address is under my parents name rather than me.

Anyone face the same issue as mine before?

You haven't added in internet connection, astro, petrol yet.

internet + astro, rm200
petrol, add in around 240/car/month minimum assuming the car is driven everyday to and from work.

OT a Little while~ Since it affects Why people are using Up to RM50~ all the time despite not every youngster Do really spend a lot~

Utilities water RM40-50 + Electric RM150-400 + Internet RM110 -> RM149
total already can go up to highest RM600 already~ depending on usage behaviour... So bills are hefty~

not including 4 family Member's Mobile Telco (be it Postpaid or prepaid), RM50 per month could get you RM200, except all of your family members are paid by company, then again different story~

car loan 1k, house loan ???, later then Balance Transfer??? sounds scary, but it's the truth... Struggling hard right now +_+"

If card can help to save, and if one person can control not to "SPEND" the saved funds, he is a good spender~

if he keep on spending the saved money and failed to even pay properly to the bank in Full, then sorry mate...

Tell you my experience. I applied online... someone entertain me via email. Submit everything but no news after 1 month. Go to Curve, saw the OCBC booth, a beautiful lady helped me to fill up all the form, and guess what, approved and I actually received my card in the fifth next working day. If you want I can PM you the tel number.
*
That's great rclxms.gif Anyways i've contacted an OCBC staff and figured out why my previous application was not successful. I shall try applying directly through card agent rather than online/email next time.
