Some people want earn extra pocket money cause of high demand, you have to right not to buy from arrogant people like them. At least find a friendly and honest seller, so if anything goes wrong you'll still have peace of mind on the warranty issue.

Highly doubt that. I don't think anyone would ever buy a phone that used to be 250 ringgit cheaper from the RRP. With 1250, add 50 more and I got myself an Acer Liquid Metal, which is miles better.

for those user who already rooted their phone and downloaded app2sd u can pair it with the move2sd enabler apps and it will give u permission to move/install all apps
( excluding those that needs system,pocess,widget,sync example beautiful widgets,taskiller,market,launcherpro) to the sdcard and u would never need to worry bout cramping the internal memory anymore...

i saw it at a shop here in melaka only selling rm890, i think is the cheapest ever compare to garage sales and any kl prices..its SME set and 1 year warranty..btw i still decide to buy at SenQ at RM999 but 3 YEARS WARRANTY ...very worth...

Does this mean 1st year warranty is by SME, then next 2 years by SenQ? They got technicians to repair, or they send back to SME and they bear the repair cost? This is very important... you don't want some young ciku technicians at SenQ experimenting with your faulty phone...

i use move2sd also can...but it also will use some of the internal memory...not totall move 2 sd

great bro now u can download a bunch more apps from the market without the scare of full internal memory...

Some data got to stay inside the internal memory. The cache and what not. At least it won't get cluttered as fast without a2sd.

Well the RM1250 is not official RRP mah...

only 900+ So affordable and comparable to iphone 4 =p

Black and White have different skin material?

Yes. So far I only seen white. Which is with high gloss white back casing.
While I heard, black is with rough surface (like Blackberry device), with slightly rubbery feel.

I would prefer Black over white for this device.
No need screen protector & softcasing. Just "taruk aje".....if I got it la.

i can last 2 days (at least, i charge when i see the 15% notification comes up) with my SGA with about 1 hour playing zenonia 2 (total), and some smses (regular smses and wifi whatsapp) and calls (maybe bout 5-10 mins), data off cuz no data plan.

searching whole week still can get my ace!!! anyone know mana ada stock?

Only SMS? Probably last you 3 days or more. Me with wifi during night, 3G during day, an hour of games, play around with apps, 50% brightness, some widgets - 1.5 days.

Angry Bird lags a little bit in levels with a lot of stuff... get the ad-free version if you can, heard it's even faster.

digital mall pj got 2 unit this morning. 1st floor left side 2nd shop (if not mistaken) beside the escalator.
but they selling RM1199 when i asked for the price.
the RRP is RM999 only so i didn't buy from them.
if you urgent and don't mind, mayb can get from them?

The battery life for me is ok since it last me ard 3 days, Its just normal phone + sms + some casual gaming.
the high level on angry bird will lag abit but still tolerable for me.

actually if u just off yr wifi or network, there will be not ad appearing.
anywhere, based on my pass experiences, when u turn on airplane mode, u can notice the performance improvement.

I'm happy with my current phone, camera quality is good! Battery is not bad when not use WIFI/games/internet =D

Apart from the surface texture and color. The surrounding metal is in different color. White is chrome and black have gunmetal color.

Added on March 11, 2011, 3:58 pmad this phone for about 3 weeks, then I sold it and bought Samsung Galaxy i9003 a few days ago. Here are the reasons why -

1. Battery Life - Very very very very poor.. i had to recharge twice a day!! (With Galaxy i9003 and same usage, I charge once in 2 days!)

2. RAM - In the beginning, when the Ace has no apps.. it is nice and smooth. Once you start loading apps, the phone becomes laggy... and my phone started to HANG often! (Galaxy i9003 has 512mb RAM... never lags)

3. Games - LAGGY!! Any game that requires a little more GPU than Angry Birds, will lag!! The Adreno 200 GPU is not enough to deal with good games. (Galaxy i9003 never lags in any game I have played so far)

4. WiFi - Random errors occur during the WiFi connection, and the phone must be restarted. My friends also have had the same experience with their Ace.

5. Video Recording - You can buy a 500 Rs. pen camera that takes better video!! Quality is very poor. (Galaxy i9003 has 720p HD Video recording)

6. 800Mhz.. but ARM processor!! - This is a very old processor that was used 2-3 years ago. That's why it takes long to open some apps. (Galaxy i9003 has a newer 1Ghz Cortex A8 processor)

7. LCD Display Quality - Not so great on Ace. Low resolution, and very pixelated when you look carefully (Galaxy i9003 has a higher resolution 4" screen which is even better than HTC Desire HD screen)

8. Network connection - People who use Ace find that sometimes they are not able to receive calls even though they have a full network signal. Strange.

9. Front facing camera - Not present in Ace Can't do video calls. (Galaxy i9003 has a front facing cam)
