just bought one(black) this evening from senheng alamanda. rm 999 +rm 12 for membership. if no membership only 1 year warranty.
when i arrive they said stock just came. but they only receive 2 unit for galaxy ace. and should be sold out by now, since i bought one, and theres other person seems interested to buy it.

how to activate the e-warranty via sms/internet? the dealer didnt activate the warranty for me

is there any way to set proxy for internet connection for this phone?

im having problem with the market. cant download any apps, and also cant login gtalk. tried to google around, but seems still cant fix it. so sad now

did . i searched google, cant download apps from market usually caused by google talk problem. but i cant even log in google talk. browsing and gmail work just fine.

for ace,yes it does. any software which support app2sd will be directly installed to sd card. no need extra application.
im not sure how rooting works(still new to this), rooting isnt needed here.

does usb transfer file function working? usb file sharing turned on yet?

8gb alone cost around 50rm. sp around 7rm.

no need. setting > manage application > click the any downloaded apps > move to SD card.
but App 2 SD make your life easier since it will scan all your program, and will display which apps is movable to SD card.
i didnt use the program because, if the apps support app2SD, it will automatically installed to your SD card.


my KIES that i install using the CD given always crash when i try to open. anyone facing this problem? currently using win 7 64 bit. its working fine on my friend's vista 32

what if i never charged that long for 1st time use?
